Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for casual and ad hoc opportunities in Clayton, VIC.We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced PCAs to join our labour hire pool and support a reputable aged care facility during busy periods and when additional staffing is required.What We're Looking For:Minimum 6 months' aged care experienceRelevant qualifications and experienceCurrent Manual HandlingDementia training/certificate**** COVID-19 vaccinationAll relevant checks and compliance documentsStrong communication and a genuine commitment to quality resident careReliable availability across the available shiftsGreek-speaking applicants are preferred but not essential.
