Every fund we establish is looked after by an onshore Chartered Accountant, and our admin team is onshore too.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to: fast, accurate, white glove service without the corporate stiffness.The roleReporting to the Head of Client Operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our SMSF administration running smoothly, from fund establishments and compliance paperwork through to client follow-up and document management.
While SMSF administration will be a core focus of the role, you'll also support the wider accounting team with non-SMSF client administration and general client-service tasks as needed.It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety and a clear prospect to take on more responsibility as the team and business continue to grow.What you'll doPrepare and issue SMSF establishment documents, and chase signed paperwork so setups don't stallCoordinate fund setups end to end, including ATO registrations, ASIC corporate trustee lodgements and bank account openingsCollate and track documents for annual fund accounting and independent auditLiaise with clients, referral partners, service providers and auditors by phone and email, responding quickly and professionallyMaintain client records and our practice management systemsSupport compliance processes, including document tracking and ASIC annual reviewsAssist with non-SMSF client administration, onboarding, document collection and general client-service support as required.Support the wider team with day-to-day office administration, including incoming calls,



office presentation and supplies.You'll ideally bringPrevious administration experience in accounting, SMSF or financial servicesExceptional attention to detail.
SMSF administration leaves little room for error, and you take pride in getting things right the first timeClear, friendly written and verbal communicationConfidence with software, and ideally experience with BGL Simple Fund 360, Class, FYI Docs, FuseDocs, NowInfinity, XeroIntegrity and discretion with confidential financial informationExperience with crypto isn't required, but an interest in learning about the industry would be helpful.Who you areWe care about attitude and fit as much as experience.
