Potentia Solutions Leisure is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of performance-led digital campaigns across our portfolio of hospitality, leisure and lifestyle brands.This role is hands-on and executional, ideal for a digital marketer ready to deepen their experience across paid media, CRM and website content while working within a rapid-paced, multi-brand setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across core performance platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Eventbrite Ads, Spotify Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Ads and other relevant networksConduct weekly monitoring, tracking and reporting of campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIsAssist in the implementation of structured A/B testing across ad copy, creative formats and audience segments to drive performance and brand awarenessBuild and schedule email and SMS campaigns, ensuring content accuracy, segmentation integrity and strong deliverabilityMaintain websites with up-to-date product, event and promotional content,



ensuring accuracy and consistency across brandsContribute to marketing performance reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholdersSupport the wider marketing team with general marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, asset management, content uploads and administrative support as requiredSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in digital marketing is highly desirable1–3 years' experience in Search and Social campaignsis highly desirableTechnical awareness in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with experience operating within the Australian media and digital advertising landscapeWorking knowledge of attribution models and web analytics tools such as GA4Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft platforms for analysis, reporting and data manipulationHigh attention to detail with a proven ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet deadlinesBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
