This is a casual position (must be available weekends).
In this role, you will be the face of our business, delivering outstanding customer service whilst also caring for animals in our store.
You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience and that our animal companions receive the highest standard of care and attention.Key responsibilitiesProviding friendly and productive customer service to all shoppers, answering enquiries and assisting with product selectionProcessing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systemsMaintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is well-organised, stocked and presented to a high standardCaring for animals in the store, including feeding, watering, cleaning enclosures and monitoring their health and wellbeingHandling animals safely and humanely,
