With offices across Sydney and an international presence, they combine local property expertise with an extensive international buyer network.Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, drive strategy and bring fresh ideas to the business.This is not a role where you'll simply manage agencies from the sidelines.
You'll have the opportunity to be strategic, creative and hands-on, leading campaigns across digital, social, project marketing, events and brand while managing a small team and external partners.The Role:Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaignsManage Meta and Google Ads, budgets, CPL and lead generationDrive social media strategy, content calendars and audience growthLead end-to-end project and property marketing campaignsCoordinate video, photography and engaging digital contentOversee REA, Domain, EDMs, websites and marketing collateralDeliver project launches, VIP events and brand activationsManage and mentor marketing staff, contractors and suppliersAnalyse campaign performance, leads and ROIIntroduce AI,
