travel time and follow-up workKeeping clients, families, referrers and staff informed about bookings and next stepsPreparing and following up service agreements, quotes and approvalsMaintaining accurate client, referral and appointment records in Zanda and other systemsHelping with healthcare consumable enquiries and ordersFollowing up outstanding information so referrals and bookings keep movingRaising scheduling, service or client concerns with the appropriate team memberWhat we're looking forYou'll be someone who can bring structure to a busy day while remaining warm and helpful with the people you speak to.
Ideally, you'll have:At least 1–2 years' experience in administration, scheduling, rostering, customer service or service coordinationClear and professional phone and email communicationStrong attention to detail and reliable follow-throughConfidence learning new systems and processesThe ability to manage competing priorities and know when to ask for helpFull working rights in AustraliaAn NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or willingness to obtain themExperience in healthcare, aged care, disability or community services would be helpful, but it isn't essential.
