We are an established and successful private medical specialist group providing cardiac diagnostic imaging and clinical services (Cardio Vascular Services) together with respiratory and sleep specialist services (Cardio Respiratory Sleep) and cardiometabolic health services (Cardio Metabolic Services).
We currently have two clinics in Melbourne at Armadale and KewEast, supported by our Head Office in Perth, where we have seven clinics.As part of a small team, you will be able to provide medical reception services primarily from our Armadale location, but you also may be required to work from our Kew East clinic as required.You will have pride in being the face of our company, and your professional presentation and helpful, caring approach will support our commitment to an excellent patient experience.You will be able to work independently but always within a team, and your flexibility and willingness to help out and do what is required to be done will contribute to your success in this role.
It is essential that you are positive, flexible and able to pick up systems and procedures quickly in afast-paced environment.The Position:Provide qualified service, meeting and greeting patients attending diagnostic and consultant appointmentsSchedule and confirm patient testing and consultation appointmentsHandling all incoming patient communication, including phone calls, emails and faxes.Process patient medical accounts, including Medicare claimsProvide clinical assistance as an ECG Technician as requiredMaintaining professionalism when handling issues as they arise,
