We're looking for a Cosmetic Compounder / Mixing Operator to join our manufacturing team in Melbourne.The successful candidate will complete initial hands-on training at our Sydney manufacturing facility before transitioning to the Melbourne site.The RoleAs a Cosmetic Compounder / Mixing Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing of skincare and cosmetic products.You will be responsible for following approved formulations and manufacturing instructions, weighing and preparing raw materials, and operating mixing, blending, heating, cooling and other production equipment to manufacture cosmetic batches such as creams and lotions.You'll work closely with the Production and Quality teams to ensure every batch is manufactured safely, accurately and consistently in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, approved procedures and quality standards.We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, practical, willing to learn and happy to take a hands-on approach to the role.What You'll DoManufacture skincare and cosmetic products according to approved formulations, procedures, GMP requirements and QMS standardsAccurately weigh,



measure and prepare raw materials for productionAdd ingredients according to approved batch manufacturing instructionsOperate mixers, blenders, homogenisers and other production equipment safelyMonitor mixing time, temperature, heating and cooling processes during productionFollow batch sheets and complete manufacturing records accurately and in accordance with GMP documentation requirementsFollow hygiene, cleaning, line clearance and contamination-control proceduresEnsure equipment, utensils and work areas are cleaned and maintained according to approved proceduresMove raw materials and bulk products around the facilityOperate a forklift as required – current LF licence essentialMaintain a clean, organised and safe manufacturing environmentIdentify and report quality issues, deviations, safety hazards or equipment faultsFollow approved procedures and escalate any non-conformance or production issue promptlySupport the production team and assist with other manufacturing tasks as requiredWho You AreHolder of a current Forklift Licence (LF)Previous experience in compounding, mixing, batch manufacturing, production or processingExperience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical or food manufacturing industry is preferredPrevious experience working in a GMP-controlled manufacturing workplace is highly regardedGood understanding of GMP, hygiene, cleanliness, traceability and accurate production documentationComfortable following formulas, batch sheets,
