service areas and availability, in accordance with company procedures.Respond to emails and other customer communications promptly.Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.Liaise with drivers to resolve day-to-day operational issues and keep jobs running efficiently.Assist with the coordination and scheduling of daily skip bin deliveries, exchanges and collections.General administration and office support as requiredSolutions-focused — you spot a problem and get on with fixing itAnswering of the phones and taking of ordersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Strong telephone manner and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive and positive attitudeExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in administration, operations support, or coordination — facilities.Reliable, punctual and professional.Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal history check and drug and alcohol testing.Waste industry experience is not required, but will be considered and advantage.Experience with Xero (not required but preferential)Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (not required but preferential)Why Join Speedy Bins?
