You'll support and mentor a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters, work closely with Sales, Service and Pre-Delivery teams, and help drive both customer satisfaction and department profitability.This position offers high autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact while working with modern systems, evolving technology, and multiple franchises.What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll have:Minimum 2 years' experience within an automotive Parts DepartmentForklift ticket favouredExperience working in multi-franchise environmentsStrong exposure to inventory control,



stocktake processes and accuracyExceptional customer service and communication skillsA collaborative approach and the ability to build solid relationships across departmentsA sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environmentProven ability to drive profitability and meet KPIsConfidence adapting to changing technology, systems and market demandsLeadership capability with a focus on team development and positive cultureCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportWhat's In It for You?
