Responsibilities with include:Reporting and measuring performance of projectsProject estimating including carrying out stage tenders,
construction schedules and negotiate with suppliersGeneral production estimating and estimating bills of quantitiesEnsure accurate orders are provided within timeframesSkills and ExperienceMinimum 2 years residential estimating experience in a volume environmentGood knowledge of relevant building legislationAble to identify and solve complex problemsDatabuild experiencehighly regardedOpportunity and BenefitsAttractive remuneration on offer!
