You'll coach and develop your team, manage performance when required and champion safe work practices and ensure every shift operates effectively.We're looking for someone with proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills and the confident to lead teams.
The role is based in Officer.Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:Lead the night shift production team to achieve operational KPIs across safety, quality, performance, yield, waste and engagementCoach, develop and empower your team to build capability and create a high performing teamWork closely with the maintenance team to minimise downtime and resolve production issuesLead and champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, QA and site standardsConducting toolbox meetings and shift handoversDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor that support future business growthAnalyse operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management for process improvementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbout you:To succeed in the role,
