We also regularly host weddings, corporate functions, private events and large scale functions throughout the year.We're looking for a Cook who takes pride in great food, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a hardworking kitchen team.The Role:You'll work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen across restaurant service and events.You'll be responsible for:Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standardWorking across our breakfast, lunch and weekend dinner servicesAssisting with preparation and service during busy periodsSupporting the kitchen team with weddings, functions and eventsEnsuring food is prepared and presented to venue standardsMaintaining strong food safety, hygiene and kitchen standardsKeeping workstations clean, organised and well maintainedFollowing recipes, portion controls and kitchen proceduresAssisting with stock rotation,
