Working closely with the Product & Pricing team and IT delivery teams, you'll support product and pricing updates, testing activities, issue investigation and customer feedback processes while helping drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities IncludeComplete daily checks of the live energy comparison website and supporting systems, monitoring dashboards and alerts and escalating issues as required.Investigate unexpected changes in key performance metrics and gather information to support issue resolution.Support product and pricing updates by coordinating information, validating requirements and testing changes before release.Maintain accurate process documentation, test records and operational guides.Respond to customer enquiries relating to energy sales, website functionality and feedback submissions, providing transparent and unbiased information.Analyse and categorise customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support compliance, operational effectiveness and customer experience outcomes.What's In It For YouAt Compare the Market and iSelect, we're all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours.
