You'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating services, supporting customers and helping ensure assistance gets where it's needed, when it's needed.What You'll Be DoingDelivering outstanding customer service via inbound callsCoordinating and dispatching roadside and transport servicesManaging jobs from booking through to completionLiaising with contractors, drivers and internal stakeholdersProblem-solving and making real-time decisions to support customersMaintaining accurate records and customer informationSupporting logistics and operational coordination activitiesContributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environmentFlexibility is EssentialOur customers need us around the clock, so flexibility is a key part of this role.This position operates on a rotating roster and includes:Predominantly afternoon and evening shiftsWeekend work on a 4-week rotationVariable shift patterns based on operational demandWe're looking for people who enjoy variety and can adapt to changing business needs.
