What the Role Looks Like: This isn't a clipboard and watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role.
You'll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift.
You'll be: Leading service with confidence and common sense Keeping standards high without making it complicated Supporting the team and helping them grow Managing day to day operations with a level head Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real If you're someone who can read a room,
