and system complianceCoordinate consultant and subcontractor documentation, including approvals and trackingAssist with audits and reporting where requiredHelp keep project systems organised and consistent across the wider teamSupport project close-out documentation and handover packsWhat we are looking for:Experience as a Document Controller in construction (commercial preferred)Hands-on experience with systems such as Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, or similarExcellent attention to detail and strong file management habitsConfident communication, particularly when chasing documents or keeping people on trackReliable, consistent, and comfortable working to deadlinesA process-driven, practical approachWho are we, and what's next?
