ACLE Services is looking for experienced Concreters/Form worker's (2) to join our growing construction delivery team, delivering utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.This is an excellent opportunity to work on renewable energy infrastructure projects with a team that values quality workmanship, safety, and collaboration.
We are seeking people who enjoy working in a project environment and are looking for long-term opportunities within a growing business.You'll initially join us as a casual (flat rate arrangement) employee, with the prospect to transition into a permanent project team member based on performance, project requirements, and mutual fit.This role is available for an immediate start.What We Offer:Swing Rosters – which can vary between projectsCompetitive hourly rates plus penalties and applicable allowancesMeal allowance and/or Vehicle allowance or Car if requiredAccommodation provided when working away from homeOpportunity to become a permanent member of our construction teamWork on industry-leading renewable energy projectsSupportive team environment with strong safety cultureAbout the RoleWorking as part of our construction team, you'll assist with the construction of concrete foundations and associated civil infrastructure required for utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage projects.You will work closely with supervisors, civil trades to deliver high-quality concrete works safely, efficiently and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow SWMS, permits and project safety requirementsSet out and construct timber, steel and modular formworkInstall and strip formwork safely and efficientlyRead construction drawings and follow engineering specificationsInstall cast-in items, embeds, conduits and anchor bolt templatesAssist with reinforcing steel placement where requiredCheck dimensions,



levels and alignment before poursPrepare foundations, slabs, plinths, footings and retaining structuresPour, place and vibrate concreteScreed, level and finish concrete surfacesMonitor curing processesPatch, repair and finish concrete as requiredAssist with concrete testing and quality inspectionsFrom time to time you may also assist with Civil preparation works such as:Assisting with excavation and foundation preparation (where licensed)Install edge boards and boxingOperate small plant and equipment (where licensed)Assist with drainage and trench worksSupport crane lifts and concrete pump operationsInstall expansion joints and grout under equipment where requiredSkills & ExperienceWe're looking for people who have:Previous experience as a Concreter and/or Form workerExperience on civil infrastructure, commercial or industrial construction projectsAbility to read construction drawingsExperience with concrete pours and formwork systemsStrong commitment to safety and qualityPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoorsAbility to work away from home on rostered projectsStrong work ethic and reliabilityLicences & TicketsWhite CardCurrent Driver LicenceHighly Desirable but not essential if you have these tickets:Excavator ticketSkid Steer ticketEWPWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceFirst AidWhy Join Us?
