With over six decades of experience and a reputation as Australia's most awarded builder, we bring together architecturally distinctive design, expert craftsmanship, and a seamless end-to-end client experience to deliver homes that are both stunning and structurally sound.Now were looking for a results driven Site Manager with previous residential housing construction experience in building quality homes, on time and on budget to join our fantastic team.About The RoleYou will be primarily managing homes under construction in theNorthern region.Delivering a portfolio of residential homes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Establishing and managing a high-performing trade base to support construction activities.Supervising trades on site and ensuring compliance with OH&S;, quality, regulatory, and construction program requirements.Managing project documentation, reporting, and forward planning to support successful project delivery.About YouMinimum 3 years' experience in domestic building.Carpentry background preferred, with strong knowledge and understanding of residential construction.Proven experience managing and coordinating up to 15 residential building projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of residential construction processes, including coordination of trades,



subcontractors and construction timelines.Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across multiple projects.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.Energetic, motivated and enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate trades, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.Ability to identify and resolve construction issues proactively and efficiently.Strong knowledge of site safety requirements, building standards and residential construction practices.A current driver's licence is essential.Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to the wider team.Why Join Us?
