specifications and project requirementsPrice materials, labour, subcontractors and plantPrepare tender submissions and supporting documentationManage variations and revised pricing requestsMaintain supplier pricing and subcontractor databasesFollow up quotations and assist with securing new workIdentify commercial risks and opportunitiesContract AdministrationReview contracts and tender documentationAssist with project set-up and administrationTrack and manage variations and scope changesMaintain project documentation and registersMonitor project costs and commercial performanceLiaise with builders, suppliers and subcontractorsSupport project delivery teams throughout constructionAbout YouEssentialExperience estimating construction projectsAbility to read plans and perform take-offsStrong attention to detail and commercial awarenessExcellent clear communication (written & verbal) and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple competing prioritiesAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsPositive, team-oriented attitudeHighly RegardedRoofing or cladding industry experienceTrade backgroundExperience with BuildXact or similar estimating softwareContract administration experienceConstruction industry experienceBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
