Catering HQ is seeking a skilled Central Reservation Coordinator to handle our guest's restaurant reservations for our venues across the group.
You will handle inbound calls for all concepts across NSW and QLD from our Head Office in Gregory Hills.
This role is open for Full time or casual applicants.

We are known for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.THE ROLEAs our Central Reservations Coordinator, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for guests across our venues.
You'll answer inbound calls, understand what each guest is looking for, and secure their table quickly and accurately at the venue they have selected.
Answer inbound reservation calls promptly, with a warm and professional manner
Take bookings for our restaurants and food outlets across NSW and QLD
Check availability at the selected venue, for the chosen time and party size
Record guest details, dietary requirements and special requests accurately
Confirm, amend and cancel bookings in our reservation system




Answer general questions about venues, menus, trading hours and locations
Handle enquiries and concerns calmly, escalating to venue teams when needed
Work with venue managers to keep availability and booking information up to date
ABOUT YOUEssential
Excellent phone manner and clear, confident communication
Strong attention to detail, especially with names, numbers, dates and times
Comfortable working at pace while keeping every guest feeling looked after
Confident using computer systems and picking up new software quickly
Reliable, organised and a good team player
Able to work from our Head Office in Gregory Hills
Desirable
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, contact centre or customer service
Experience with a reservation platform (e.g. SevenRooms)
Knowledge of the hospitality scene
