Customer Service Officer Full-Time Hours Monday - Friday 4-6-week temp assignment We are currently recruiting two full-time Customer Service Officers to join a supportive and people-focused team.
This is a phone-based role where you'll spend time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, answering questions and providing a positive and professional experience.
Unlike a traditional high-volume call centre, conversations can be more detailed, giving you the chance to genuinely engage with customers and provide meaningful support.
