Coffs Angels Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable members of our community.
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to aged and disability support clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
This role is fundamental to our mission of delivering person-centred support services that enable our clients to thrive.Key responsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing and toiletingSupport clients with mobility and transferring, using appropriate safe handling techniquesAssist with meal preparation, shopping and other household tasks as neededAccompany clients to medical appointments, social outings and community activitiesMaintain accurate and timely client records and documentationCommunicate regularly and professionally with clients, their families and other care team membersMonitor and report any changes in client health, wellbeing or behaviour to managementMaintain a safe and clean environment for clientsRespect client privacy, dignity and independence in all interactionsFollow all relevant policies, procedures and safeguarding guidelinesWhat we're looking forGenuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and making a positive difference to their livesA caring,
