Answering of telephone enquiries from commercial customersProcess customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatchDeliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical informationLiaising with suppliers for pricing and product availabilityLogging of After Sales requests and associated follow-upEnsure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and proceduresEmbracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team memberProcessing and exporting mining ordersProject ManagingProject Estimating Skills and ExperiencePeople skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff,
