This role is fundamental to our service delivery, enabling us to provide versatile, responsive support to our clients in the aged and disability sector.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Your compassionate approach and dedication will directly contribute to the quality of life of the individuals we support.Key responsibilitiesAssisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming and dressingSupporting clients with meal preparation and nutritional requirementsProviding mobility assistance and helping clients move safely around their homesOffering companionship and emotional support to clientsMaintaining a clean and safe environment for clientsSupporting clients with community access and social activitiesCommunicating effectively with clients,
