This is an amazing opportunity to develop new skills and become part of an award-winning team.Job DescriptionTrade Assistant - Level 4Responsibilities Of The Role IncludeWork under and take instruction from Supervisors and Trades persons, following JHG safety processAssist with the inspection, test and maintenance of equipment, in a secure, efficient, timely and effective manner.Assist with delivery, offloading, inspection, storage, timely off-hiring and collection of plant and heavy componentsAssist with the tracking and accountability of hired equipment.Cleaning and washing of plant, equipment and assemblies.Taking ownership of the yard and facilities for organisation and staging of equipment in conjunction with the workshop supervisorKeeping yard and facilities neat, tidy and safeWork as part of a small team to carry out all aspects of the planned and reactive maintenance on road, civil and rail plant and occasional emergency works at short noticeFollowing JHG reporting process for equipment faults and hazardsActively participate in daily prestart meetings, fortnightly toolbox meetings and ongoing work place safety inspectionsCompletion of daily timesheets, start cards,
