As an LO Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of order pickers, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth daily warehouse operations.
This position suits motivated and reliable individuals with proven LO experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Performance & ProgressionOur warehouse team operates under a performance-based progression structure, where pick performance contributes to advancement through levels within the warehouse team.Daily pick averages generally align with the following benchmarks:Day ShiftLevel 1: Entrant: Level 2: *******Level 3: 210+Casual: 161+Employee rates and progression are reviewed annually based on performance.
