At HPHH, every interaction creates impact, for hearts and paws alike.About the roleAs our Outcomes and Evaluation Analyst, you'll develop and lead the evaluation systems that demonstrate the difference our programs make.
Working closely with our Partnerships team, you'll analyse data from across HPHH, report on outcomes to our grant partners and funders, and turn evaluation insights into real improvements for the people and animals we support.Based at our Wacol (Brisbane) site, this newly created role supports grant reporting across all current and emerging HPHH locations nationwide.
The role is part time, FTE0.6 with room to grow to 0.8 FTE in the future.In this role, you'll:Measure, monitor and report on HPHH's strategic impact, developing and coordinating impact measurement and evaluation toolsOversee and continuously improve HPHH's Evaluation Framework, mapping and analysing datasets, identifying trends and recommending improvementsPrepare transparent, compelling reports to government and other funding bodies, in line with evolving grant
