Synergie Australia is seeking two AO3 Maintenance Support Officer for a trusted Government client located in Cannon Hill.

What you will be required to do:
As a Maintenance Support Officer, you will:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to maintenance-related enquiries professionally and efficiently
Listen carefully to customers and identify the support required
Resolve complaints and challenging enquiries within established guidelines
Use negotiation and dispute-resolution skills to achieve practical outcomes
Liaise with local suppliers, industry representatives and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate customer, job and service information
Complete data entry and update operational systems
Prepare accurate correspondence, documents and reports
Prioritise competing enquiries and administrative tasks
Monitor outstanding matters and follow up when required
Work within established KPIs and performance measures
Escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately
Contribute positively to team culture and internal improvement activities
Undertake general administrative duties as required
To be successful in the role you will:
Previous call centre or high-volume customer service experience
Confidence managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong customer service and complaint-resolution capabilities




The ability to negotiate and manage challenging conversations professionally
Accurate data-entry and record-keeping skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent organisation, multitasking and time-management skills
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work accurately in a quick-paced environment
A professional and team-focused approach
The ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
Availability throughout the initial three-month contract without planned leave
