When you join Penrith City Automotive, you're joining an established local automotive group with opportunities to learn, develop and build a long-term career.The RolePenrith Toyota is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department.As one of the first people our customers interact with when they visit or contact our Service Department, you'll play an important role in making sure every customer feels welcomed, valued and looked after.Working closely with our Service Advisors and wider Service team, you'll assist with customer enquiries, service bookings and general administration while helping keep the day-to-day operation of the department running smoothly.Your duties will includeWelcome customers to our Service Department in a friendly and professional mannerMeeting guests and taking enquiries and service bookingsWriting up repair ordersKeeping guests updated on vehicle progressOrganising courtesy vehiclesEstimating the cost and time needed to complete jobsLiaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is completed on timeGaining authorisation for additional workHanding guest complaintsHelping to bring new business into the service departmentPromoting the dealership and the BrandWork closely with the wider Service team to deliver a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate customer and vehicle information within our dealership systemsWhat we're looking forA genuine people-person with a strong customer-first mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly, professional and confident phone mannerStrong organisation skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain organised in a busy environmentConfidence using computers and digital systemsPrevious reception, administration or customer service experienceAutomotive or dealership experience would be an advantage, but isn't essentialA positive attitude and willingness to learnThis is a full time role, Monday - Friday with some Saturday's.Why join us?
