This is an exciting full-time, 12-month opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will proactively seek solutions that benefit both our customers and our business.
With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilise your problem-solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.Some of your day-to-day tasks:Deliver friendly and effective service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systemsPromptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframesAnalyse customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunitiesInform customers about recent products and services when applicableWhat you'll bring to the team:Experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred but not essential)A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset,
