We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionistto join our team on a casual or part-time basis, with a view to full-time work (Monday to Friday).
About the RoleThis front-of-house role is pivotal to the smooth running of our clinic.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing bookings, enquiries, and daily administrative tasks with warmth and efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming patients and ensuring a professional and friendly first impressionManaging phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointmentsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting clinical staff with day-to-day administrative needsMaintaining the presentation and flow of the reception and waiting areasAbout YouYou are well-presented, articulate, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
