Duty Manager
who genuinely cares about hospitality not just the idea of it, but the day‐to‐day reality of looking after people, leading a team, and keeping a busy venue running smoothly.
Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for over 25 years, and this next chapter means a lot to us.

What the Role Looks Like:
This isn't a clipboard‐and‐watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role.
You'll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift.
You'll be:
Leading service with confidence and common sense
Keeping standards high without making it complicated
Supporting the team and helping them grow
Managing day‐to‐day operations with a level head
Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real

You're the kind of person who:

Has experience in restaurants or fast‐paced venues
