At the heart of our success are our people, and we're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Melbourne Airport team.About the RoleWe are seeking a Part-Time Passenger Service Agent (min 20 hours per week with an average of 30 hours per week) to help deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers at the Cairns Airport working on behalf of Virgin Australia.Key responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service and curating a positive, memorable experience for our passengersProcessing passenger check-in and boardingVerifying passports and travel documentsTag baggage, allocating seats and issuing boarding passesPerforming boarding gate duties and passenger announcementsEnsuring compliance with safety, security, and airline proceduresProviding support to passengers with special needsOperate multiple airline check-in systems proficientlyParticipate in training programs and deliver on-the-job trainingAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Be available to work a 24/7 rotational roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays (essential).
Have full and unrestricted working rights in AustraliaHold a current QLD Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)Have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, aviation or another rapid-paced customer-facing environment.Be reliable,
