Your new role
As part of this finance and business support talent pool, you may be considered for a variety of opportunities ranging from entry-level finance support through to experienced accounting and commercial finance positions.
Potential responsibilities may include:
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Financial transaction management and reconciliations
Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Management accounting and business partnering
Financial analysis and performance reporting
Maintaining financial records and data integrity
Stakeholder engagement and customer-focused financial support
Business process improvement and systems optimisation
Preparation of journals, invoices and financial documentation
Supporting decision-making through financial insights and reporting
These positions may arise on a temporary, contract or permanent basis and can offer opportunities to contribute to meaningful outcomes within a values-driven workplace.
Based on current and anticipated workforce requirements, roles may span Finance Officer,



Financial Services Officer, Management Accountant and other finance-related specialisations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in finance, accounting or business support environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines
Sound problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Experience using financial or ERP systems
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
CPA or CA qualifications (or working towards) will be highly regarded for senior accounting opportunities
