An opportunity is available for an experienced APS6-level recruitment professional to join a Commonwealth Government organisation in Canberra.
This role will suit someone who can step straight into a busy recruitment environment, confidently advise senior stakeholders and manage recruitment activity with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Salary: $100,000 – $112,000 + 15.4% super

12-month non-ongoing opportunity
Potential for temporary s26 transfer arrangements, with opportunity through to March ****
Essential requirements
To be successful, you will bring:
Robust end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within the APS or Commonwealth environment
Demonstrated experience partnering with Executive-level hiring managers and senior internal stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Strong understanding of APS recruitment practices and processes
The maturity and judgement to provide credible, confident recruitment advice
Ability to manage competing priorities and recruitment activity with a high level of autonomy
Current Baseline security clearance
Ability to commence at short notice or within the coming weeks
This position will particularly suit a mature APS recruitment professional who is comfortable working with senior leaders, can navigate complex stakeholder relationships and can hit the ground running.
