We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects from commencement through to completion.This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project programs, commercial outcomes, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard.
You'll lead and develop the project team while proactively managing risks, opportunities and competing project priorities.What You'll Be DoingLead projects from construction commencement through to completion and handoverDevelop, maintain and monitor project programs, milestones and delivery prioritiesManage project budgets, procurement, cost reporting and commercial outcomesLead subcontractor and supplier procurement, negotiations and contract administrationProactively identify and manage project risks, opportunities and potential delaysEnsure projects meet quality, WHS, environmental, contractual and statutory requirementsManage variations, extensions of time, progress claims and contractual obligationsBuild strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholdersLead, mentor and develop project team members, fostering accountability and high performanceOversee defects, commissioning, handover and project close-outDrive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned to strengthen future project deliveryAbout YouYou'll be an experienced construction professional who combines strong project delivery capability with commercial acumen, leadership and the ability to confidently manage multiple stakeholders.Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management,



Property Development or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience across the end-to-end construction project lifecycleExperience leading, managing and mentoring project teamsStrong understanding of construction processes, programming, procurement and commercial managementStrong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against project deadlinesStrong commercial awareness with the ability to identify risks and opportunitiesHighly Desirable:Previous experience delivering modular construction projects is highly regardedExperience working within a fast-paced construction or property development environmentStrong understanding of project financials, cost reporting and forecastingThis is an opportunity to take ownership of significant projects and play an important role in driving successful project outcomes.
