Your new role
Working in a busybranch environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers,providing professional and efficient service across a range of everyday bankingand customer enquiries.
Keyresponsibilities include:
Delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with account and service enquiries
Identifying customer needs and directing them to appropriate solutions
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
Supporting day-to-day branch operations
What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Cash handling or retail banking experience is highly regarded but not essential
