The successful candidates will work closely with the PM and dynamic team to drive construction delivery — structures, culverts, stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks, and road construction.
Hands-on, robust site presence.What You'll Be Doing:• Delivering Complex RFP and culvert structures or similar• Managing day-to-day construction activities across civil/structural scopes• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams on site• Preparing/reviewing ITPs, hold/witness points,
quality documentation• Managing RFIs, technical submissions, and design coordination• Tracking schedules, budgets, and progress claims• Site inspections, audits, and punch list management• Supporting contract administration and variation management• Management of Teams day to day worksWhat You Bring:• 5+ years as SPE in civil/structural infrastructure• Hands-on with RFP structures, culverts, reinforced concrete, and drainage etc• Strong technical documentation (ITPs, RFIs, method statements)• Relevant engineering degree (Civil/Structural)• FIFO/DIDO experience on remote/regional sites an advantage
