Pioneer combines strong agricultural heritage with a focus on innovation, customer relationships and long-term growth.About the roleThis newly created role will lead Pioneer's events and social media program, connecting growers, industry influencers, and customers across Australia.Based in our Brisbane Support Office, you'll manage projects from strategy and concept through to execution, delivering engaging experiences and content that drive measurable results.You'll be part of a high-performing marketing team, working closely with colleagues across Australia and Recent Zealand.
A genuine passion for agriculture is a big plus, along with a desire to build authentic connections, celebrate customer success, and create memorable experiences that bring people together online and in person.Key responsibilitiesLead national conferences, regional crop forums, regional events, field walks and industry activationsManage event strategy, budgets, suppliers, logistics and on-site deliveryCreate, capture and publish engaging social media content, including photography, short-form video and written contentManage external agencies,
