We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy specialist practice in Randwick, NSW.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our medical practice.What you'll be doingOffering up to three sessions per week, up to eight hours work per dayGreeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional mannerScheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling incoming phone callsMaintaining an organised and efficient filing systemAssisting with medical billing and insurance claims processingProviding general administrative support to the medical specialist team as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role within a healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skills,
