We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Advanced Educator to join our growing Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Liverpool.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident professional who is committed to creating meaningful experiences for children, mentoring fellow educators, and helping to deliver high-quality programs that inspire learning, fun, and connection.About the RoleAs an Advanced Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the service while providing engaging, child-focused experiences that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and development.You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can thrive before school, after school, and during vacation care programs.What You'll Be DoingLeading and facilitating engaging educational and recreational experiencesBuilding positive relationships with children, families, schools, and colleaguesSupporting and mentoring educators within the teamEncouraging children's voice, choice, and independenceAssisting with program planning and documentationMaintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environmentPromoting active play, creativity, STEM activities, sports, arts, and wellbeing initiativesEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience working in OSHC, childcare, education,



or a similar settingStrong leadership and mentoring skillsA genuine passion for supporting children and their developmentExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environmentReliable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to workFlexible availability across before and after school care shiftsEssential RequirementsCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationCompletion of Mandatory Child Protection TrainingRelevant qualification in Education, Children's Services, Community Services, or currently studying towards oneFull Australian working rightsWhy Join Us?
