Alive Co Skin & Sculpt is looking for a Client Consultant & Sales Coordinator to join our boutique clinic in the Teneriffe Woolstores.You'll play an important role in managing the client journey from initial enquiry through to consultation and follow-up — ensuring leads are contacted, consultations are booked, estimates are followed up and our CRM and consultation records remain accurate and up to date.You'll also conduct client consultations and work closely with our Clinic Manager, assisting with consultation overflow and supporting the clinic's overall sales process.If you're a great communicator who enjoys working with people, stays on top of follow-ups and loves seeing an enquiry turn into a happy client, we'd love to hear from you.About UsLocated in the iconic Teneriffe Woolstores, our clinic combines professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer care within a stylish boutique environment.
Alive Co. has built a trusted reputation specialising in advanced body sculpting and beauty treatments that help clients feel confident and amazing in their own skin.The RoleWorking closely with our Clinic Director and wonderful team of Therapists, you'll guide clients from their initial enquiry through consultation, treatment and follow-up.Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting our Clinic Director with client consultationsResponding to new leads and client enquiriesFollowing up new and existing leads by phone,



SMS and emailUnderstanding client goals and discussing treatment plan optionsPreparing and sending treatment estimatesManaging leads, client notes, statuses and next actions within our CRMProviding general sales and consultation support to the Clinic Director and wider teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who: Is highly organised and excellent at following through Has robust attention to detail and keeps accurate records Can manage multiple leads, consultations and follow-ups at once Communicates professionally in person, by phone, SMS and email Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a close-knit teamExperience in consultative sales, cosmetic treatments, skin, beauty, aesthetics, wellness or another premium client environment would be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
