This is a rapid-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork,
and a strong work ethic are highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing custom flashings to customer specificationsPacking finished products ready for dispatchOperating SWI machinery including slitters and duplex foldersReading and interpreting production ordersMonitoring product quality and conducting routine checksEnsuring production targets are achieved safely and efficientlyWorking collaboratively within a team of 4-6 operatorsMaintaining a clean, organised, and protected work environmentAssisting with general production and warehouse duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experienceExperience operating slitting, folding, or sheet metal machinery highly regardedAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to follow production schedules and work instructionsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyPhysically fit and comfortable with hands-on manufacturing dutiesStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyCurrent Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essentialApply now or contact Declan Ries at Stellar Recruitment for a confidential discussion.Email:****** careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
