We are currently seeking a new IT Support Officer to join our client's team based in Muswellbrook.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is the first point of contact for staff needing day‐to‐day technology support, and is responsible for ensuring that all devices, systems and tools work reliably, supporting the secure operation of core IT systems and services.Duties include:Device provisioning (build → user setup → handover)• Ticket management using ServiceNow(SNOW)• Asset handling and CMDB record updates• End-user setup and handover supportCore CapabilitiesMicrosoft Autopilot - Device builds, resets,
