You'll be the first friendly face people meet, the calm in the chaos, and the heartbeat of our client experience.If you're someone who loves people, stays cool under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, friendly setting—this could be your perfect fit.NOTE:NOOKAL and multi-disciplinary allied health experience will be highly regarded.You must be able to work Monday to Friday, flexibility from 7am to 7pm.Your key responsibilities will include: Answering calls and managing patient enquiries with warmth and professionalism Booking appointments and managing diaries for our multidisciplinary team Processing payments and claims via HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA?
