About the opportunityOur client, a fast growing global consumer brand, is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to build and run its end to end compliance system.
This is not a policy writing role.
The focus is on simple, practical processes that teams across the business actually follow, so risk is prevented rather than reacted to.Key responsibilitiesEstablish clear global and regional policies, easy workflows and approval processesRun marketing and brand compliance, including pre-approval of ads, social, email and influencer content and substantiation of claimsOwn privacy, data and website compliance, including data access and deletion requests, cookie tracking and accurate privacy policiesOversee product safety, labelling, testing and traceability across international marketsBuild a customer incident system to classify and escalate complaints and risks earlyEmbed documented HR compliance processes and whistleblower frameworksDevelop the company wide risk register, escalation criteria and reporting to the CEOLead monthly compliance reviews, quarterly audits and spot checks,



plus ongoing trainingDrive delivery of accessibility compliance across web, e-commerce, live chat, SMS and emailAbout youProven experience building and embedding compliance frameworks, not just writing policy3-5 years experience in a similar role within the retail environmentStrong working knowledge of privacy regulation (GDPR/CCPA style) and web accessibility standards (WCAG)Risk-aware but commercially minded, able to protect the business without slowing it downHighly organised and reliable, comfortable operating independently and influencing without authorityExperienced managing external counsel and using AI tools to work efficientlyTo apply, click "Apply" and submit your resume.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
