As a Sales Team Member, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, helping clients discover and select the ideal lounge solutions for their homes.
This role is pivotal in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the Lounge Lovers brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
You will work flexible part-time hours that complement your lifestyle whilst making a meaningful impact on our business performance.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and assessing their needs to provide tailored product recommendationsDemonstrating lounge and sofa features, benefits, and customisation options to showcase product qualityGuiding customers through the sales process, answering questions, and addressing concerns confidentlyProcessing sales transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systemsMaintaining knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions,



and product specificationsBuilding rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referralsMaintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environmentCollaborating with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experienceAchieving individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service qualityHandling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptlyWhat we're looking forProven experience in a retail or sales environment, ideally within furniture, home furnishings, or a similar sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customersStrong sales ability with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targetsProduct knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about lounge and furniture featuresConfidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and organisational skillsFlexibility to work part-time hours,
