Joining our existing Client Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a friendly, reliable and stress-free experience with their salary packaging administration.Your helpful and professional manner will ensure client enquiries are handled promptly with care, while your critical thinking and attention to detail will keep their accounts running smoothly day-to-day.Your responsibilities will include:Answer phone calls and emailsRespond to general customer enquiriesProcess payment and reimbursement claimsReview and action system reportsEnter and update client detailsProcess, scan and file documentsIssue and explain reports to clientsExplainsalary packaging procedures to clientsCorrespond with clients to obtain required paperworkAssist clients with salary package changesor rebudgetsLiaise with client payroll departments regarding salary deductions, staff leave or terminations, etc.Liaise with external suppliers (eg. insurers, financiers) as requiredWork closely with the salary packaging team and internal departmentsOther general administration duties as neededAbout YouYou enjoy helping people and taking pride in getting tasks done efficiently and accurately.
