Insurance Building Estimator - Brisbane Inner City, East Brisbane or IpswichInsurance Building EstimatorLocation: Brisbane Inner City, East Brisbane or IpswichCoverage: Bayside, Ipswich and ToowoombaEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe RoleAn established insurance building and property repairs business is looking for an experienced Insurance Building Estimator to service the Brisbane, Bayside, Ipswich and Toowoomba regions.You will complete site inspections, damage assessments, scopes of work and accurate repair estimates across residential and commercial insurance claims.The position requires someone who can work efficiently across a high-volume claims setting while meeting insurer and client-specific KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed scopes of work and repair estimatesComplete site-based and desktop assessmentsEstimate accurately from photographs, documentation and inspection informationManage high-volume insurance claimsMeet insurer KPIs, SLAs and turnaround requirementsAssist with CAT event claimsManage variations and changes to scopeLiaise with policyholders, insurers, supervisors and tradesHandle complex claims where requiredMaintain accurate notes, reports and supporting documentationAttend residential and commercial insurance claim sitesAssess damage associated with storm, flood, hail,
